We travel with our dog consistently and are always looking for a great place to stay. The problem is we are very picky about our lodgings....This is a wonderful place to visit and have fun!! Our dog LOVES it and spent hours running in the large field out back and scouting the trails ahead of us. The food is fantastic and the innkeepers are great. I cannot recommend this place more highly!

The Spears are both retired department managers from a large Washingtonian food chain in the metro area of Washington DC. With total experience between them 34 years for David and 17 years for Nanette. Hospitality comes natural for the both of the Spears since the home front of wherever they lived friends and family always gathered for holidays and reunions. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the metro area to the green fields of the countryside to escape the traffic and noise was just what the doctor ordered. The Spears purchased Brunswick Mineral Springs in 1995 with two years of non-stop restoration work. After a thorough restoration of the 3 main floors, Brunswick Mineral Springs Bed & Breakfast opened its doors in October, 1997. Guests can look forward to some of the best fried chicken and mashed potatoes in the South and Nannette's famous cheesecake and other delicious pies. The family's cocker spaniel, springer spaniel and lab love the leftovers and enjoy showing guests the many paths around the well-maintained estate.
